i try ipcofig/dns flush uinstalled re istalled unblocks allowed on firewall and i still cat load it anyone help me out?

same here bro that's y I stopped using it but if anybody could help so I can go back and mod gta without having to find a DNS server

someone said delete your title update and re install it and they are able to get on. trying that now/
