I just ordered an roxio capture hd pro online and i did not get and email with a password i was supposed to get. when i type in my email on the site it gives me an order number, but when i go to find my order dot com. it says there is no order number for my email. i called the support number and after 20 minutes the call failed. any one got an idea what to do?
