This is for legitimate player only!
Make the shortest possible race you can, which is 0.62/1.00 miles and try to make it easy as possible. All you have to do is get a couple of friends maybe like 2-16 doesn't matter and then make it multiple laps and make it a "GTA Race" which gives you more reputation and just play and have fun! The more people you have for this, the more reputation you get and money. This is just for the legit players, that want to rank up and earn money the fast and legitimate way. This will not get you into any sort of bad sport lobby like cheaters pool or anything. I hope this helped and remember to thank me!
