Some people will disagree with me on picking Windows 8.1. But in my opinion is better to buy the newest OS, as this is the one who will get supported now.
You could easily save $100, if you get a free copy of Windows 7 Ultimate. If you do this upgrade the GPU to this: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
and yes the keyboard is cheap, a regular rubber dome keyboard. Just use that for now then later on save up and buy a mechanical keyboard if you want.

thanks to both of you and i actually prefer windows 8.1 its what i have in my laptop and its what im used to.
