Hmm.. try reinstalling the package. Cause i just downloaded both games to see if they would do the same for me and they didnt. And iAPStore worked for both

go to it, go to buy coins, then click on the 200k coin pack and it should ask you to sign in to itunes.. just hit cancel and then you will get the 200k coins free.

All games that dont make sure the purchase went fully through or Server based games like clash of clans, fifa 14, Etc..
