What he's saying is that the source biteyourapple.net won't let you add it to the sources on Cydia on iOS 7 because I just tried it on my 5s and it won't let me add it either.

it should let you. i have a 5s as well runing on 7.0.4 and i went to cydia and added the source easily. Hold on ill check in a sec

Alright I mean I'm familiar with jail breaking and stuff somewhat but I don't understand why it's be letting you if you have the same phone and on the same iOS as me. That's just annoying and weird.

yes you can. Any firmware is compatible with this.

That happens to me a lot. I dont know how it gets fixed but i just wait like a couple hours and then it works
