My friend was replacing his LED's on the ROL and now it won't turn back on... Anyone got an idea on what could be wrong and what could be done to fix this problem? Thanks.

I Don't know why it wont boot but it could be a wiring problem

He might have soldered the LEDs wrong, but that wouldn't cause the console to not turn on, the LEDs wouldn't work but it wouldn't cause the console to not work...

Most likely a wire problem.
