You can not put it in your garage because rockstar blacklisted it to "make the game better". There is currently no way to glitch it to stay in your garage.

So thats where mine went

i heard you have to place your car as close as possible to the garage door and go inside, leave the car there and then go inside with your character, after that take a car and go outside with it then the car will be inside. but i still don't know how to place the car as close as possible to the door

that's dumb because why would they spawn rare cars but not have the ability to place it in your garage ?

You have to have a tracker to do that, and even if you do it will delete it once you enter the garage.

Exactly, the reason they removed the rat loader is because people had the modified version with no bed. They original rat loader and the one without the bed used the same code, there for the only way to patch the modded rat loader is to get blacklist it, therefore taking away the original one also. Personally i think rockstar should "alter" the code and bring it back in since it is a spawned car that can be found legit. But hey, its rockstar.
