im a newbie to dayz and i was wondering if i can heal myself cause i hate the grey screen

There are a couple of ways to get your blood back in DayZ Standalone.
If you are bleeding, ensure your wounds are clean. Use Alcohol tincture to clean them.
1) Saline bag, you will have to get another player to saline bag you. This will refill your blood and energy levels.
2) Blood bag kit, again another player will have to do this for you. This will refill your blood only.
3) Stay healthy. Eat a lot of food and drink a lot and take vitamins. A 'Healthy' text box will apeear when you press Tab.
