To me it's without a doubt Eminem. Don't get me wrong, Tupac was an amazing rapper and his lyrics meant something, but Eminem outclasses Pac for me, his ability to bend words to make them rhyme, his flow is unbelievable, and his lyrics give me chills on some songs, whereas I've never had that with a Tupac song.
I have been listening to Eminem since I was 6 years old, and I'll continue to listen to him for many years to come

Tupac is old school and Eminem is new-er school. Tupac would definitely take this vote.

Tupac's music is so much better, I have been listening to Em for years now, and Tupac the past 2 years. All you need to do is hear Hit Em Up by Tupac and you'll realise how prestige he was

Most people would say Eminem, the Rap now is different therefore they cant be compared. Tupac was the "Rap God" of his time and if he were still alive i believe he could teach these new rappers what real hip-hop is about. In all honesty Tupac will always be a better rapper than Eminem. Most people say Eminem is better because of the fact that he's a white rapper. Don't get butthurt about it but Tupac is generally a better rapper than Eminem.

Personally I think they are just 2 kings and eminem is the only one that can keep real hip hop alive
