is this a good pc to buy, please need input i have done my research and this seems like a good build to play day z and world of Warcraft, and other steam games. Also i would like to stream on it. What are your thoughts can it stream and play steam games? my upload speed is
6.46 mbps an download is 16.03 mbps

You're wasting your money buying a prebuilt.
I looked up the parts and it comes to a total of right around $1000.
You're paying an extra $500 for nothing.

so there is CPU boost (4-4.4GHz) on a LOCKED CPU. seems legit...
But you are wasting money buying this, you can get a much better PC for the price if you build one, it really isn't hard. Trust me

That's stupidly over-priced for what that is.
Build one yourself. You can get a killer PC for that price by building it yourself.

If money isn't an object then it's alright. It should max out most/all games at 1080p. But change the 4670 to a 4670k because if you pay for overclocking on the 4670 you'll be wasting more money as it isn't overclcokable.
