here is my build

budget is about 300?
i thinking of upgrading a lot
here are the parts im thinking of

and a new cpu/mobo not sure what because amd is ending am3+?

what im going to gaming/video editing/coding/vm's and what ever else is possible also i do overclock

Because no offence the parts are terrible.
It would be alot cheaper to build a new pc.

I don't see why you got thermal paste, as the cooler already has it. Also, I'd get a corsair 200r as its a better case for the price than the one you listed.

There are so many things in this build that are just not needed.
You haven't told us what you want to do with your PC so I am going to assume you are going to be playing games and nothing more. Therefore you would be better not getting 2 hard drives, getting a quad core CPU and a better GPU to go with it. I would then also suggest not getting an aftermarket cooler as you won't need it if your not overclocking and with the spare money get either an SSD or a better GPU again.
