Hmmm, i have never seen that happened. Try updating your packages on cydia.

1.Go to Cydia
2.Go to sources
3.Hit "edit" then "add"
4.Add Repo.Biteyourapple.net
5.Hit "add source" then "add anyways"
7.Search for LocaliApStore
6.Wait for your device to download the repo
7.Wait for Device to Respring
8.Go to settings and find "LocaliAPStore" and enable it
9.Load a game with in app purchases
10.Buy the pack you want, and when it asks to "type password" for your itunes.. Cancel it!

BOOM
YOURE DONE.

They had something like this on Cydia before but it was called iAPCracker. It did the exact same thing, pretty cool & nice find.

Thank you. And yes they did have iApCracker before but its not yet updtaed. same as iApFree. Thsi was the only updated one for ios7

Actually it just got updated lol. the irony behind that.
Guys, iApCracker is now updated. Does the same thing.

So I downloaded this but I don't know how to enable it. It doesn't show up in the settings menu.
