What happens if infinity ward finds out that you have been in an xp lobby? I got caught on black ops 2 and all they did was ban me for a week and derank me. Is it the same on ghosts?

Yea, because it's never a perm ban. Usually a 7 day ban, and if you repeat the offense you get a 30 day ban.
