Well..

I used to program and make mods for the 360.. And i may have a new technique of opening game saves and importing them from the cloud and making modifications but with a ban risk :S

Well of course first i would need to locate the cloud storage via the drive and access the files bringing in the usb c: but i doubt the button commands will be the same as the 360 e.g.

bind button_back vstr mod
set mod updategamerprofile;god;giveall

so i think the code above^^ would have became inaccessible and changed the format to line LBL more complex and compact

Some food for thought, I modify apps/games for Android via Hex and there are a few issues I've ran into:

Games that access an "online" component for in game purchases typically back up your active save to their server, so as soon as you initiate the modded file it will revert to a previous state that it last logged.

How this relates to you:

Even if you are successful at locating where the files are stored, it is likely that there is a time-stamped copy resting idly on the server and your modded file will most likely be overwritten or worse, not even be accepted.

Similar issue. Different platform. Android stores a copy of the "gamesave" locally...that has not been confirmed for the One.

If they don't store locally...good luck.

Happy hunting!

To add on this, even though you're talking about something slighlty different, it's still relevant:

Basically the online save syncing and cloud storage is for when for example you go to a friends house and play on their One, you can access your savegames and other content. If you don't connect to Xbox Live, the saves are stored locally which gives a slight possibility that modding saves can be done. While the online saves will most likely be time-stamped, playing offlne before and after any modding and before connecting back to XBL should solve any problems I'd assume. The problem is decrypting the file formats for saves, they are apparently ridiculously complicated and protected compared to STFS packages on the 360.

If there is ever going to be any exploits or modding done, it will be a good while yet, decrypting XVD packages is going to be tough enough as it is. The only hope is that because the system is so complicated, exploits may be found. Time will tell I guess, I wouldn't get any hopes up though.
