Have you tried asking your parents if you could buy the parts and take it to a computer shop and have them put it together for you? That is probably better than any site, but if you need a site I can name Newegg,iBuyPower,CyberPowerPC

Ugh. Thats what the whole thread is about, many people have suggested it. I suggest going with SLI'S link as its actually not bad for the price.
