Mobile Substrate has been updated to support iOS 7 and Arm64!

Now download some tweaks! Hopefully a lot more tweaks work!

Also, it's now called Cyadia Substrate not MobileSubstrate.

Just put Cydia Substrate can confirm it works the only bummer is when you install something it has to respring.

Not a bummer, it's something you have to do for the package to work. It's always been like that.
