I'm level 77 and I still don't have Mercenaries unlocked in merryweather.. I only have ammo crate for some reason. Does anyone know why?

Did you mod your rank? Because that probably affected it, I've had mercenaries for a very long time and I'm a rank 75

I was 148 and a did not have them I unlocked them yesterday

That actually may be the reason, just do some missions and you will get mercenaries in a while

Aren't they supposed to randomly call you once you get the rank?

You have leveled up to fast. You need to do some missions so it will recognize your level. Thats what I had to do and it fixed mine.

Not if you level up to fast. They don't call for a long time. I was on for hours and they didn't like I said before if you leveled up to fast and didn't do a lot of missions you may want to do some missions so they will recognize your level and give you the call for everything.

All i did to get mercenaries was do missions Off martin and it should just give you lots of new stuff, same with the stuff you get off Lester.
