So, I am playing on the Xbox One with my turtle beach headset. The dial to turn down the chat volume no longer works. The one that turns up and down game volume now does game and chat. I want to talk to my friends with a low chat volume and high game volume but there is no option in preferences. Any way to fix this?

You might just have to wait unti Turtle Beaches Company comes out with the Mic Adapter for the Xbox one.

Unless any other TTG Member has something to say.

I thought the mic adapter only makes it so you can talk not adjust volume. I feel this is one of the little things Xbox could have done better. Let you adjust it on the Xbox.

As of right now, the Xbox One does not support third party headsets.

To chat with friends on the Xbox One you will either have to use the Mic that they give you or Kinect.

In February they will start supporting third party headsets and will be releasing an adapter that will allow you to use older headsets. Companies such as Turtle Beach, Astro gaming, etc. will also be releasing headsets in February for the Xbox One.
