Age-16
Experience- I have played this game since alpha was released. I can build many different buildings and i am very good with redstone.
Timezone- Eastern
Why You? I can help improve the server and make the server look as good as possible. I will be online most of the time and will contribute whatever i can to help make the server as good as possible.

Two players are at eachothers throats over a dispute. They come to you for an answer. Player 1 is angry over player 2 griefing his factions base. He has pictures and proof of the player doing it. Player 2 responds with saying that the base was empty and just asking for it.

What do you do?

If player 1 has proof of player 2 griefing i would tell player 2 to give player 1 his stuff back and if he doesnt cooperate i will ban him for a couple of hours.

Experience: Ive been a trial mod on 2 servers that are now closed
Timezone: EST (Eastern Standard Time
Why you?: I have a really flexible schedule, I am on almost every day for about 6 Hr. I am not one of those people that think they can get away with anything i try to stay within my boundaries. Finally, please type out an acceptable response to what you would do in this situation,

Well first thing i would check is if griefing is allowed on the server, If it's not allowed i would kick/ban Player 2 for Griefing| If griefing is allowed i would tell player 1 that it is allowed to grief on the server and i would ask player 2 to not bother player 1 for a while and just try to keep each other from bumping heads again

Experience: I've had a good bit of experience. I worked with Nicasus and TDK on their server, and even though the server didn't get too far, I learned quite a lot from them. I also worked as a "Helper" on a quite popular minigame server known as Mineplex for around 2 months (I resigned), so I learned loads there as well. (mineplex.com)

Timezone: EST

Why you?: I feel like I can help this server with the things other amazing people have taught me in the past. I have loads of free time, and honestly, would love to help out.

Well, considering most faction servers allow griefing and raiding, I would say Player 1 is in the wrong here. You cannot report someone for griefing your base when 1. It's allowed, and 2. Not protecting your stuff. I would then let him/her know some things I know on how to protect your base from future raiders/griefers.

I hope I qualify. <3

Age. I am 16 my grammar is pretty good and I am very mature for my age as I know some people my age who have problems acting there age and not there shoe size.

Timezone: GMT but I'm on a lot so timezone is not really a problem.

Why you?: because I like to help people out, and I think I will be a good person to keep an eye on what is going on in the server and make sure everyone has a good time while they play so that they decide to stick around and to continue playing on the server. I am also on a lot so monitoring the server and keeping it fun will be no problem.

What do you do? In this situation I would tell both players to calm down and tell me one at a time what has happened then I would tell player one that this is a griefing/raiding allowed server and due to this fact player two has done nothing wrong (except for his poor attitude towards the situation) and due to this fact there is not a lot I can do for player one except show him the rule and try to calm him down and help prevent this from happening again.

Why you?: I have never been staff and I would like to help out and take care of users that do things that break the rules
Finally, please type out an acceptable response to what you would do in this situation: I would tell Player 1 since it is a raiding and faction server it is allowed to destroy other peoples bases

If the server was a Faction griefing server then I would calm down player one and try to help he be happy. If it wasn't a faction griefing server then I would give player two and warning and tell him to help player one rebuild his base... If that doesn't work then I would just help player one rebuild (With legit resources).
