I have almost all unlock on the attack boat in bf4. But when I go on battle log is I don't have them unlocked and I can't equip them. All help would be greatly appreciated, and I will +rep.

BF4 battlelog is messed up right now. If you go to the test range in bf4 you can equip it there. If you can't equip it there then you don't have any of it unlocked.
