im having the same problem with my console too , Look take a dry towel Wrap it around the jtag covering everything ! turn it on let it heat for like 20 mins . then plugh the hdmi or av cable and u should see video again

WHY WOULD YOU EVEN SUGGEST THAT? And to think you was making out like I'm an idiot.
I noticed you said it worked OP, please don't do that ever again. What you just did is a temporary fix, but actually damaged the console more. It is a GPU issue and does need a proper reflow, or better reball but they aren't cheap. But either way, do not listen to ProjectFive unless you want to destroy your console, he has very little knowledge on the console scene, you can check his posts for clarification.
