ok im kind of a noob with pc gaming so your going to have to bare with me
so basically i was going to go with an xbox one but then i heard that microsoft put in a weak prossessor only runing at 1.75GHZ so im switching to pc and have a 2,500 budget so whats the best possible gaming pc for 2,500 or under so give me some ideas

That may be true, but on a budget like that, an i7 is a must...

I highly recommend Craigyy's build. Yes, the i7 isn't technically needed but if you just have $2,500 to spend then I would purchase the i7 processor. It allows you do many more things other than gaming(video editing/ redering faster). You could also do this on an i5 it would just take a little more time than having the i7. Your GPU has to be a GTX780 Ti! The best card on the market(at this moment). Definitely couldn't go wrong with this build.
