Is there any tool I could use for ghost that'll alow me to unlock my challenges offline on my rgh??

On offline you already have everything unlocked... Unless you're wanting to unlock everything for online without going online, then no you can't do that.

No, stats can't be changed through Offline since MW3. This is because their are two different types of stats now. Multiplayer and Offline. You can mod your offline stats but not your online stats.
