So i was installing some featured ios7 apps such as i caught you when after i resprung it gets stuck on the apple boot logo and then does not load then after a while it goes to a black screen i cant restore as the phone is not on the springboard so is there a way i can start my phone in saftey mode or restore my phone without using itunes or am i doomed for?
I will pay 5 pound or gift gold to anyone who can help me fix this thanks.

Put your device into DFU mode, and restore in iTunes.

same thing happened to me.
Just go into DFU mode like Encoder said.
then start back up. If it doesnt work, then recover your phone via iTunes while in DFU

thanks for your help guys but i have fixed it using a diffrent method as my phone was not turning on and every time i put my iphone into dfu mode it tried to reboot. the way i fixed it was holding the home button while turning one then i could restore using itune but thanks for the help i will + rep you guys
