If there anyway to record your screen on iOS 7 without it being jail broken?

without it being jailbroken im not so sure about it, theyre might be a app on the appstore. i have an android so i might not be much help..

1) Go to pro.25pp.com
2) Download the software (Don't worry, it's not a virus) By pressing the blue button with the arrow pointing down.
3) After you downloaded and installed, plug your IDevice into your computer.
4) There is a menu on the left. In that menu there is a button that has on the left a hand holding an apple. Click on it.
5) You are in the app store. On the top there is a search bar. Search "xRec"
6) Click on the result that says "xRec"
7) On the download page, click the right button like you would do in the app store. For some reason the left one doesn't work for me.
8) And you're done! It should pop up on your IDevice!

I believe there's nothing working on iOS 7 yet without a jailbreak.

you can use reflector. download it on your computer
