Hey TTG, i was wondering what CPU and GPU should i buy. the games i play is BF4,DayZ,CoD Ghost. i play those games now on medium settings, i want to go to High on some settings and get decent fps. my bugdet for a CPU is $300 and my GPU $700

A 4670k and a GTX 770 will do you just fine for this budget.

Yes, all K models allow overclocking. I can't assist you really on coolers because I don't buy overclocked processors.

A cooler will do just fine if you aren't an overclocking enthusiast.

I use a hyper evo 212 which is one of the best low price coolers on my 3570K @ 4.3GHz and the temps don't go over 65C with a prime95 stress test. So unless you're going to push the overclock into the 4.5GHz ranges watercooling is not really needed

Just don't overclock at all on the stock intel cooler as it sucks and the temps will soar above 70C

The fan the cooler comes with is pretty quiet [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

If you decide to get that one just make sure your case has enough room for it as it is pretty tall.

The stock cooler is just fine if you don't intend overclocking your processor.
