Try backing up you user data and restoring with iTunes and rejailbreaking.


Also, what iPhone do you have, what version iOS, and whats the carrier?

iPhone 5, 7.0.4 and my carrier is Three.

I really don't want to do it all again!

iPhone 5, 7.0.4 and my carrier is Three.

I really don't want to do it all again!

If the problem came up after you jailbroke going back to stock iOS is the only thing that will definitely say whether or not the jailbreak was causing the problem.

Try and restore your phone like the person above said ^^ and see if it's better. I'm on Three (iphone 5 running ios 7.0.4) and I've got the same 3G connection as I had before.
