First of all, I have already tried re-installing the app and that hasn't fixed my issue.
Every time I try and open my Fifa Ultimate Team from the app I get this.

I have already created a team and security question and it still doesn't work. I know I am just an idiot and is missing something so can anybody help me?

There has to be some missing link between the phone app and your actual console team. Are you sure you are using the same information and email used to create your UT on your console as you are using on the web app?

Try get on the console... If it doesn't let you I know the problem
