My new PC that i bought for 550
It has 8 gb of ram
1 terabyte of data
Same graphics card as an Alienware
And more

What games could I play that will run smoothly instead if lag and jumpy

Lo, you need to say the exact specs not "some" components. What CPU and GPU do you have?

When you say you have the same graphics as a alienware, what model of alienware? can you link us to the page of specs?
