yes there is a tweak called ColorKeyboard. it lets you change the color of you keyboard to any color and you can also download themes for it. you can find it in the Bigboss repo in Cydia or just search Colorkeyboard in cydia.

I do not think that is updated for iOS 7 though mate

Use Swipe Selection that helps you edit your text with your keyboard instead of holding your finger on the text and look for the error.

Another awesome keyboard tweak is Double At. This tweak is that when you double tap @ fast it automatically writes your email instead os you writing it.

Another tweak is IKeyWi this add a fifth line to your keyboard so in the main keyboard there will appear a new row with numbers on it.

Another tweak is Action Menu this add more tools to your keyboard so when you hold the place that you are writing on instead of only showing (select , select all, copy ,paste) more action will be available to use.

The last tweak I am showing you is Color Keyboard this is basically a winter board for the keyboard. To use this go to settings and a new tab will appear you can change the color of it add themes and many other cool stuff.
