Leave it for about 5mins, and then refresh your TTG page, if it doesnt load then youll be fine to go and give it a shot, but sometimes it is to fast. this is more a tricky glitch just to get it right, you gotta give it time so lag it then just give it about 5mins, refresh ttg or your internet, if it does not load then then do the next part ( gamestore )

It could take you hours, to get it right, just try and follow it as best as you can. it does take a while it is kinda annoying but once you have it correct. you wont mess it up man, even i struggled but dont worry, youll get it xD this is one of the harder glitches, its more about timing than anything.

i put this is at your own risk, i honestly dont know if you can get banned for this. Not heard anyone been ban for modding in the cars, only for DNS/hacks/isos etc etc have been banned, i dont see how you could get caught doing this?

If you have it saved, then just try dashboard load the save, make sure it spawns you where you saved it then try,but i never had a problem where i couldnt open the phone, so im not 100% sure why you couldnt possibly open the phone D:
