Does anyone one know why, when Im watching a a stream it always lags like the little wheel comes up on the stream. Is this happening to anyone else?

Lower the quality of the stream it should help out that problem a little.

Unfortunately, this is most likely on your end, or the streamers end. As Twitch recommends, you should probably lower the video quality and see if it is a bit smoother. If that doesn't help, or nothing in terms of fixing you internet does, then it is either Twitch or the streamer.

depends i run at 30 fps in HD and no lagg just the normal 2-10 second delay that is common with Twitch

Some streams tend to be a little laggy or it could be a slow connection on your end.
Go on some other streams and see if they lag, if so it is most likely you.
Try to unplug your router or reset your modem.

I think it's more to do with where you live in relation to the streamer. Try a stream that you know is somewhere close to your region.

I experience this quite a lot when watching streams from America.

It's you sorry but at least the high end streamers such as Major League Gamers have amazing internet and aren't lagging, try to lower the quality or try a different stream.
