I want to know if I can get my iPhone back to IOS 6 I bought the iPhone 5c and the guy at Verizon told me I could change it to IOS 6. please help me.

The only possible way is if you have a SHSH Blob from YOUR device from a previous iOS 6 software which I'm assuming you do not. And I don't believe the Apple is signing their 6.x software anymore so a downgrade is out of question. I'm afraid you are stuck.

Can't he just restore the iPhone using IOS 6 filmware?
