Sorry but I have had some trouble with scan, they say that the stuff is in stock then I got an email saying that it's not?

Have any of you had trouble with scan.co.uk

Nope, I have never had any trouble ordering from Scan.

What part are you trying to order?

@craigyy, it's an xfx 450 watt power supply, and MSI FM2-A55M-P33 motherboard, they won't get back to any of my emails.

Strange, I've ordered a ton of parts from Scan and their service has been nothing but exemplary. I had a problem with my bank cancelling an order I made there because they thought my card details had been stolen, I called up and got the issue resolved with customer service straight away.

My guess would be an administration error, or that it being this time of the year they are working limited hours with limited staff. I'd wait for a reply until the end of the day, and if still nothing give them a call.
