I also have a solidstate for my os, no other upgradeds instead of a hardrive or solidstate

Just noticed, im being a huge pain, I have a case and a power supply also.

Maybe that leave me with enough for an i5 setup

I know you want an intel but honestly i think you should take graigyy's advice. The FX 8320 is around 20%-50% better than most i5s yet it is still cheaper than most i5s. Also you say you have a power supply, what PSU is it. And you also need to make sure that your case is the right kind for your motherboard. I've said it before, I am not an expert and other people here know more than me but this is just my opinion

Where did you hear that? The i5 will beat the 8320 in every test measurable. Hence the price difference. Intel is really for gamers that want the most FPS the game can give and are willing to pay the extra for that. But in a budget build Intel doesn't belong. That's why AMD give a little worse performance, but still does everything the i5 does.

OP, what do you exactly need? I'm very confused.
