Really good AV and it always makes sure it gets rid of the viruses etc.
Like r00t says, Malware Bytes if for use in conjunction with a Anti Virus program.

All Malware Bytes does is well...Remove Malware...

Malwarebytes is not an antivirus. It's made to be used in addition to something like AVG, Avast, etc.
My bad, do you suggest I get something like Avast which removes viruses, NOT malware?

I suggest you use both if you can. Full AVs are always running but extra programs like Malwarebytes, SUPERAntiSpyware, Hitman Pro, TDSSKiller, etc. can pick up things that full AVs can miss.

It's always nice to have both. I would get Avast and Malware bytes and just leave them running in the background.

You can never have to much protection...
