Would A 500 Watt power supply unit be able to handle all these components it is a cooler Master.

yeah. Haven't heard much about Cooler Master's PSU's tbh so not sure if it is a good buy. But it being Cooler Master it should be good.

Unless you get another cooling unit, no. Air cooling is not a good idea if you plan on overclocking.

Actually, the third gen chips are pretty good to overclock with, which is better than Haswell. However, if you want to overclock i'd recommend some sort of cooling other than the stock, but you can still OC a little.
Also, could you link the PSU that you mentioned?

Air cooling all depends on the cooler. I would NOT Overclock on a stock cooler, but with my 212 Evo I am running a steady and safe OC of 4GHz (AMD FX-6300) and it tops at 59 when under extreme load.

Yeah my bad, I wasn't clear. I always assume that people mean like overclocking to like 4.5 or 5 GHz, but if you only OC it a little bit it should be fine. Thanks for the correction.
