But yea stay away from that buyer its been clearly opend and then reseald sony dosnt use clear tape for the seal its this blueish like tape and has the ps logo in a hologram like on it if u want from him have him come over your place and teset it out open it put a disc in connect it online make sure everything works before buying it if u realy want it from him I'll check out Ebay

Bought mine from walmart had clear tape on it (Its legit)
