u cant inless your talking about iso mods then u can do that with any game

And do I do it right when it pops up

when I hotswapped, i did it on the dashboard and never had a problem.

It will scratch your disk, but how much depends on what you do with the disk

When I do it on the dash then load up my game it always says disc unreadable

I've been iso modding for a year or so now. Lately I've been trying to hotswap Gta 5 and the closest i've gotten was swapping it right at the 4th star before the R* Logo pops up. If you time it right you'll be putting the magnet on top right when the logo switches. I've managed to get that far 3 times and it just puts me in a infinite loading loop. If you do manage to get them working Press A to switch to online as soon as you can.

Edit: To prevent disc scratches put a pillow or blanket beside your xbox so when you swap the disc you dont have to worry about dropping your disc to hard. You can also use a lens cleaner to pick up the disc when you swap it to prevent finger prints.
