alright you answer your own question... The only way you can get a Franklin car is if you mod it from single to multiplier or if you get it duplicated.. so you tell me, Is it rare?

There is a difference between the two buffalos do u know the difference?

I don't know. I never modded or anything yet whenever I am driving around I see it. I always see it online so I guess it is not rare.

regular buffalo can be found in multiplier just by driving around. and has less modification then Franklin Buffalo and "FB" is modded online and can be found by getting it duplicated ;)

That's the regular buffalo, there is also a Franklin one that has more modification then the regular one.
