Ive been looking for the training drills for mycareer and i cant find them anyone know where they are? (Not the ones you do with random NBA players that teach you basic controls)

There are no training drills on the Xbox One for my player.
The best thing you can do that is similar to that is playing Blacktop and use your My Player. You also get VC for completing games in the Blacktop game mode.
