Tipping is a sign of appreciation.
You're the first person I have ever heard of taking it as an insult.

The day has come where people are complaining about free money. What has the world come to.

Why are you highly offended from someone tipping you? Money is money man, that's how I would see it. I hardly ever got tipped when I worked at a coffee shop; but I sure as hell appreciated it.

If people are giving you money it is a sign of respect, not an insult. I am sure that they would mean no harm by offering to give you some money. Rather that them someone looking down in you and being disrespectful.

I don't see it this way at all. When I tip somebody, I tip them because they did well serving me, and I want to thank them with a bit of money. I don't see why you are complaining when your making more money from tips anyhow.

I personally don't see your problem,depending on if you work in a high end place most of your customers will be people who don't actually make that much money and were happy with your service,if your not happy with accepting it don't you're well within your too.

You really don't have a brain, the reason why waiters and waitresses get paid 3 bucks an hour is BECAUSE they get paid in tips. I said that I understand for some odd reason people get paid on tips, and that's fine! But if your like me and you get paid weekly pay check 9.50 an hour, I don't need tips. I DONT work for tips.
