I have a old xbox 360 elite and the disc tray won't read anymore so I bought a BenQ disc tray so I can replace it I disconnected everything correct and placed in my new BenQ connected everything well, once I try playing disc games it keeps signing me out of xbox and taking me to the dashboard. I'm sure I got the correct disc tray which can't be the problem so I need help figuring out what's wrong and how I can make it work. Anybody have tutorials on how I can replace or show me how or what to do on skype? I will pay if works correctly

You need to buy another BenQ DVD drive
then you can swap your original motherboard with the one from the one you just bought.

There you go reassemble everything.

Depends exactly what the problem is

If it isn't reading discs properly anymore then get a new laser for it, takes less than 5 minutes to replace.
