Just watch the pros and you'll learn what the builds are and you'll learn everything else mostly from watching them.

to get started go bot match and camp tower if u need to (bot is completely different from players) then find a champion that can fit your play style and you will develop that over time with testing. Watch youtube vids on how to build and use champions. Dont buy runes till you can get tier3 runes cause they wont be worth it in my opinion. Learn 3 champs rite now and master them to get a feel for your playstyle.

This is some of the best advice, I personally rage a lot and it just ends badly because it is such a team spirited game. You cannot win on your own do not think you can. Also keep map good map awareness just glance your eyes at the mini map every few seconds to see if any one has left their lane and what not. You could also watch the pros on youtube they do things really professionally and quickly but you can learn small things from them.
