It's too dark.
There's too much rain, and spiderman doesn't look wet at all.
Maybe try removing the rain, or lowing it a little bit.
If you keep it, try to make spiderman's clothes looks wet, and shiny.
The colors don't look too nice together in my opinion.
Try adding some lighter color corrections.
A gradient map could be nice.

The fact I just read "from the master" and on a post yesterday you said that people were brown nosing someone else is pretty ironic.

I don't like it so far, because the render itself is in a really weird position. He has too much head room. You have the rule of thirds down, but he is way to far down at the bottom.
If he is the Focal point, then he should be the main thing in the piece.

Illustrated is pretty spot on with the criticism, but also I don't think a field is the best background for this render. Definition of "Noir":
