Just to settle things out a little, The Input is not The Pro. The Input isn't even an Xbox live enforcement team member, he is just part of the new Enforcement United beta program. This is open to Xbox Live ambassadors to join.

From what I have read, he cannot ban you, he can just file a complaint against you but I guess his complaint is 'more powerful' than a normal persons.

For anyone who wants to debate against this, read his bio. It tells you he is just part of the Enforcement United and not the Enforment team.

They just give their opinion and do not ban you! That is down to the enforcement team!
