I think those are great ideas and maybe they can add bullet proof windows

and los Santos customs to trick out your big vehicles that would be really cool

Well you can't say the last two options will improve GTA online because there are no heists yet, so how would you know if they didn't add those already? I'm sure with a group of friends you would be wearing similar outfits which can be purchased at a clothing store that could also be edited. I like the neon idea, it would be really cool! I think they should add secret places(Doors, tunnels, underwater passages Etc.) that lead into the Bio Lab, N.O.O.S.E Base and the Military Base.

true but R* will be adding Heists and it will be alot more easier

They definitely need to add a police supply website where you can buy custom police vehicles, weapons, and clothing

Why can't I buy a truck ?
Or a boat trailer ?

Have a mechanic to be able to repair your car instead of calling mors mutal say if the tire is pooped and you cant get to los santos customs

These are little things i think will make GTA alot more Enjoyable and will enhance gameplay

• Fix Drinking Fluids on GTA online so you can actually see the Wisky / Green Juice etc go into your mouth
  
  
• When you Smoke Cannabis or Drink Alcohol it lasts alot longer than it usually does and when you walk into your garage you still have the affect and also when you are driving you have the affect it will pretty fun to be drunk and driving in my opinion
  
  
• When you go into Los Santos Customs Under the Lights Tab You can Buy an underglow for your car with the same colours as Tire smoke
  
  
• When you start a Heist in a Jewelery Store / Bank with your crew you wear a crew Heist outfit
  
  
• With the Crew Heist Outfit the Crew leader can edit or design it on Social Club or During game
