The quickest way is learning values of cards and constantly looking in the auction house. There's always somebody that is a MUT noob and doesn't know the true value of rare cards and they post them up for very cheap. You buy it and then sell it for the actual value.

But the easier way is to put your crap cards in and play against the computer with solo challenges. It's a slow method of coins but it works.
