We did a bit at school, pretty intense. Not sure if i should keep on going, but you never know.

I did it a couple times and it really is intense gets you in shape of your not already.

Yes i do it and let me tell you, when you first start it, the warmup workout will feel like the hardest workout you've ever done(if you haven't worked out before too much). So i recommend you do it. It is quite hard, but the results are crazy too. And if you want to get more definition and "cut" try p90x
